Industry Consultant Support

As an Industry Consultant, your clients count on you for comprehensive solutions that meet their business objectives. To provide you with the information you need to develop those solutions, we make available to you our Consultant Support Services program. Along with providing telephone and help-desk support, here we provide self-help links to information pertinent to Industry Consultants. Links to the left are frequently accessed areas -- two of the areas, Technical Documentation and the Information Portal, require separate login IDs and passwords.

The Technical Documentation area is mainly End User Guides, whereas the Information Portal contains Application Notes, System Documentation Engineering Bulletins, press releases, new product announcements, updates, and other useful information.

If you have not already done so, you may request access to the Technical Documentation area or register for the Information Portal. Currently, registration for the Technical Documentation area is separate from that of the Information Portal. Our goal is to combine the systems, but until then it will be necessary to complete a separate registration the first time you access either of these areas. Each newly submitted registration is reviewed and verified by an NEC representative before access is granted. NEC will respond to your request for access within three business days. The Information Portal Login UserName is your email address.
