RACK2-FILER FEATURES

Rack2-Filer Controls

• New Binder - create and edit binders, name binder attributes
• Edit Binder - edit names and attributes of binders
• Move Binder - select to move binders or use drag-and-drop
• Delete Binder - delete binders
• Right-Click Binder - sort and confirm location, number of pages, last access time
• Binders Search - specify search conditions for binders: reference titles, legend, dates, contents, notes and keywords
• Management - includes library management: create libraries, change library name, delete library, cabinet management (create cabinet, change cabinet name, delete cabinet)
• Configuration Set - change data storage directory for libraries, cabinets, or binders.
  Import - select files to import Adobe® Acrobat® PDF file(s) into a binder
• Export - export binder to a file for Acrobat PDF viewing
• Help – full-featured help for individual operations
• Exit - exit Rack2-Filer window

Viewer Controls

• View - one-page or two-page viewing
• Image Rotation - left or right rotation for portrait or landscape viewing
• Note – insert notes by typing directly on the viewed page
• Highlight – highlight any item on the viewed page
• Indexing - separate sheets (sections) in a binder, create index tabs (color, text, position of tag), also access thumbnail view
• Content - insert contents onto a binder’s content page
• File - read files and add pages into a binder
• Print - print pages
• Save - export and save pages from binder in Acrobat PDF format
• Multi - select multiple pages in a binder
• Cancel - cancel multi-sheet selection
• Copy - copy selected sheets to the clipboard
• 
  Move - cut selected sheets and move to the clipboard
• Paste - pages copied or moved can be pasted in front of the currently viewed page
• Delete - delete the selected pages
• Edit - source file editing
• << - double left arrows initiate continuous left page flip
• >> - double right arrows initiates continuous right page flip
• o - stop button halts continuous page flipping
• Setting - configure viewer settings
• Help – launch Rack2 Viewer help screens
• Close - close Rack2 Viewer screen
