Customer Support Contacts in the United States

Through its National Technical Support Center, NEC Corporation of America helps keep your business running smoothly by providing exceptional support services to protect your technology investment 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. The National Technical Support Center is comprised of experienced representatives who support direct customers and authorized dealers that utilize NEC Unified Solutions’ various support services.

Engineers are responsible for technical phone assistance and troubleshooting, case escalation, hardware replacement issues and configuration and deployment projects. For direct customers, representatives handle the administration of maintenance contracts including assistance with service level upgrades, contract renewals and complete contract revisions.

The Customer Connection is an application that allows users to access their account information to create cases, review status, review installed products, send email to the Customer Service team and more.

The RESOLVE program is intended to provide special engineering support for large End Users whose sophisticated NEC systems are maintained internally or on a T&M / contract basis by an authorized associate or other authorized third-party provider.

NEC Corporation of America's Canadian field service organization is structured to give you the benefit of a large Customer Service Centre, staffed by specialized personnel and equipped with huge parts inventories, with the personal service provided by technicians who are dispatched from small, local Field Service Offices. All members of our field service organization are dedicated to assuring your satisfaction with NEC service.

When on-site maintenance, upgrades or repairs are required, service is provided by a technician who has been dispatched from one of our local Branch Offices. Our technicians are experts in troubleshooting and maintaining NEC communications products and are backed by the National Technical Support Center for case escalation. NEC provides support 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year to ensure your business runs smoothly.
